Hello, I am new to the forum so forgive me if I missed a thread or am posting on the wrong place. I have a set of 8000s with one speaker working normally when connect via RCA input. The other speaker has a red led and won't power on the amp out of standby. I performed all of the RCA cable swap and testing the line outputs, ruling out bad cables or connections. Thinking that it was the PCB 05 board (RCA input) I swapped it with the working speaker and the PCB 05 worked normally from the nw speaker. I also swapped the PCB 06 LED standby board as well as the PCB 2 power supply board. The only boards that I didn't swap were the amp boards. It is difficult to source parts. I do have some soldering skills and very basic Multimeter knowledge. Does anyone have any experience repairing the amp?
Beolab 8000 Mk 2 has red LED but won't trigger amp with rca signal.
